Pursue Your Godly Passion by Lady Tamara

Yesterday, sitting in the dentist's office, I was waiting on my dentist for what seemed like forever because he was preoccupied doing an emergency procedure, and because I was led to go earlier than I was scheduled.
I was very understanding because what the other patient was feeling was far greater of importance than my routine exam.
Another dentist came in to assist me and upon introducing himself to me, his words were: "You are the sweetest patient. Your dentist and all the assistants here are always bragging about how kind you are."
I wanted to tell them that it was the joy of the LORD but GOD told me that they were unbelievers and to continue to show them love and at the appointed time, He would lead me on what to say to them. I prayed (silently) and obeyed.
I smiled listening to the words of a stranger about my attributes because I wasn't always so kind and understanding.
Anyway. So upon his assisting me, he said: "The $399 that you were to pay for the teeth whitening procedure next month, don't worry. I got you!"
Now listen. I made mention about how blessed I was just to have such caring professionals to help me to correct some minor issues with my teeth and I told him thank you for his amazing mannerisms and for his compassion.
He replied: "It's my job."
I asked: "Are you passionate about this? If so, it's your passion that you are being compensated to do."
He gazed at me and said: "Wow! I didn't think of it that way. It is my passion. It comes so easy to me because I was born to be a dentist and because I am passionate about teeth and oral care. Wow! I am getting paid for my passion. You just made me realize how blessed I truly am!"
My response: "Someone else is being paid to do something they hate. At least for you, you are able to be paid to do what you say you were created to do and what you cannot live without because of your love for the profession!"
His eyes became filled with water. He said: "I have so much to be thankful for. Ms. Tamara, thank you for saying that. You have no idea how much I needed to hear that on today."
So as I went to pay for my dental procedure that was performed that day. the receptionist said: "It's on us. We refuse to take your money. Per the dentist's and the manager's request!"
Look at GOD!
I shared this with you all today, because someone reading this is working a job or pursuing a career that they are not passionate about because of the money. But if the money runs out, so will your drive. The money may meet your financial needs but your passion is able to meet all your needs because anything that you do passionately, you do excellently.
Why go to work everyday to earn money yet you spend it miserably?
I know you may have responsibilities that far exceed being able to hone your craft or pursue your passion, however, your passion is where your peace and prosperity are!
Are you being paid to pursue your Godly passion or are you being compensated by your employer to do something that you absolutely despise?

Your gift will make room for you and in doing so, it will also make you more prosperous......
"Your employment is what you were educated and trained to be good at. But your Godly passion is what you were born to be great at."

This is something to think about.......

Are you being paid to pursue your passion or are you being compensated to do what you despise?!
